3. THE BICYCLE


  • Pedal with your legs as fast as you can for a minute, the next two minutes slow down.
  • Repeat this for 30 minutes.


4. LEGS LIFTS

This is a great exercise not only for your legs but for your abdominals too.

5. BURPEES


  • You will need only one minute of burpees to burn 14 calories. Stand and jump, beginning from the lizard position.
  • Do a straighten lizard then jump and stand again. Perform 3 sets, 5 each.
  • With all the exercises you can increase the amount as your strength increases.
  • You will look better and you will also feel better.
